摘  要:幼儿园观摩课对幼儿园的教育、教学和教师的专业成长具有积极的意义,但在实际教学工作中,教学评价形式化,忽视教学反思,教学手段的选择失当,教学活动缺乏真实性等问题也随之而来。如何行之有效地解决这些问题,使观摩课的积极作用能够充分地发挥出来,拟针对上述问题进行研究,旨在充分发挥幼儿园观摩教学的重要作用,以期不断改进教学。The kindergarten teaching of demonstration class is of signiticance to kindergarten education, and it benefited teachers in their teaching level. But the evaluation of teaching is in fact just formalism and dose not attach importance to the teaching effects . How to solve these problems effectively? And how to make the demonstration class bring into play in the kindergarten teaching. The paper tries to discuss how to bring the importance of demonstration education into play and to improve the teaching quality.
