摘　　要：高校师资队伍是高校增强核心竞争力和可持续发展的核心。树立"以人为本"的柔性管理理念,实现师资管理水平的提升,以适应当前形势的要求。本文对当前高校师资队伍的现状进行分析,有针对性的提出加强师资队伍建设与管理的切实可行的措施。The construction of teaching staff is the key to strengthening the competitiveness of the universities and maintaining their sustainable development.To establish a flexible management philosophy of ＂people-oriented＂ is the demand of improving management level to meet the requirements of the current situation.This paper is to analyze the current situation of the college faculty and offer suggestions for the tightening of the construction and management of teaching staff.
