基于开放大学教学点管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：本文针对电大现有教学点管理模式中存在的一些问题,采用比较分析的方法,分析了金字塔型管理模式与扁平化管理模式的优缺点,并探讨了开放大学教学点扁平化管理模式,最后,提出开放大学教学点实行差别化管理模式的建议。Education Reform and Development Plan guides the direction for the sustainable development of TV Raidio University.Recently,the Open Education is in the transition of Open University,which is another new opportunity and challenge for the development of Radio and TV University.Seizing opportunities and meeting challenges faces a number of problems of the management Pattern of the existing teaching point of TV Raidio University.By the comparative analysis method,comparaing and analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the pyramid-shaped management Pattern and the flat-based management Pattern,the paper discusses the flat-based management Pattern of teaching point based on Open University.In conclusion,a different management Pattern is proposed for teaching point base on open university.
