某型发动机T2管接头结构改进研究

摘　　要：分析某型发动机T2管接头故障原因为:T2管接头在使用过程中产生轻微弯曲变形,使之松动。设计了三种结构改善方案,经试验确定采用方案三,并从工艺控制做了四点改善。改进后T2的管接头经验证试验,完全消除了松动的故障,且保持稳定。T2 pipe coupling faulure of certain engine is caused by its loosening which resulted from slight bend distortion in operating. It has made three structure improving schemes and the third scheme is selected by testing, and four improvements on the process control have been done. It has proved by testing that the improved T2 pipe coupling is held stabilizeing because the loosening fault being removed.
