摘　　要：目的:探讨培养和提高学生自我评价能力的方法。方法:建立"四阶段学生自我评价能力培养模式"的理论模型,利用对比班实验,检验其在大学英语写作教学中的可行性和效果。结果:这一模式指导下的学生能够对自己的学习质量做出比较准确的判断和评价。结论:这一模式既有利于提高学生自我评价能力,也有利于增强学习自信心和自我效能感。Objective: To explore an effective mode for cultivating students' abilities of self-evaluation.Methods: A four-stage model was set up for cultivating students' self-evaluation,with an empirical study to test the feasibility and effects of this model applied in the teaching of college English writing.Results: Students facilitated with this mode are able to make a competitively accurate judgment and evaluation of their writing performances.Conclusion: This mode is helpful in improving students' abilities of self-evaluation and enhancing their self-confidence and self-efficacy.
