摘　　要：有机化学实验教学改革,是有机化学实验教育在新时期的必然要求,为提高学生实验技能和探索创新能力,有机化学实验教学改革应该从有机化学实验教材的革新、有机化学实验教法的革新、有机化学教学仪器的革新、有机化学实验报告的革新是有机化学实验教学改革等方面进行。Organic chemistry experiment teaching reform is the inevitable requirement in the new period of organic chemistry experiment education, in order to improve students＇ experimental skills and explore innovative ability, organic chemistry experiment teaching reform should be from the organic chemistry experiment teaching material innovation, organic chemistry experiment teaching innovation, organic chemistry teaching instrument innovation, organic chemistry experiment report innovation and so on..
