摘　　要：企业在实施培训时,为了保证培训达到预定的效果,需要对培训的质量进行有效监控。一个独立的培训完全可以看成是一个独立的项目,因此,可以借鉴项目管理中质量管理的原理和方法对培训全过程进行有效的质量控制,从而保证培训的质量。Effective monitor and control over training quality is essential to ensure that the corporate training reaches expectations. A single training could be regarded as a single project. Thus, we could borrow relevant theo- ry and methodology from project quality management to implement effective quality control throughout the training process, in order to guarantee corporate training quality.
