《生命科学导论》教材中补充基因沉默技术相关内容的建议

摘　　要：《生命科学导论》教材版本众多,但这些教材在现代生物技术介绍方面普遍缺乏更新。基因沉默技术在当今后基因组时代,作为一种高效的基因敲除技术,在生物学基础研究和医药卫生等领域发挥着重要作用。建议在《生命科学导论》教材现代生物技术一章中补充基因沉默技术相关内容。这样可以更好地适应时代的需要,进一步开阔学生视野,激发学生对生命科学的兴趣。There are different textbooks for introduction to life science on the market,however they are all lack of updated content in the chapter of current biological technology.For example,the gene silencing technology is now recognized as an efficient tool for silencing specific genes.This technology is of great importance nowadays to biology research and drug development for human.Supplementing the content about gene silencing technology in textbook introduction to life science would adapt to the development of society,broaden students′ horizons and increase their interest in life science.
