双孢蘑菇非麦粒基质栽培种的出菇对比研究

摘　　要：对以膨胀珍珠岩为主要基质的非麦粒蘑菇栽培种进行出菇试验,以麦粒菌种为对照,比较菌种吃料、爬土、纽结时间及产量情况,试验结果表明,非麦粒基质蘑菇栽培种在蘑菇堆肥上的表现正常,产量与麦粒菌种相当。This experimentation compared the fruiting of Agaricus bisporus spawn from wheat kernel and non-wheat kernel media by cultivating the mushrooms on an expanded perlite based bed.Time for mycelia running,fruiting bodies occurrence and mushroom production in the compost-and-casing-soil bed were observed.The results showed that the A bisporus spawn from non-kernel medium grew normally with a similar productivity as its counterpart.
