开展高职院校专业思想教育的新途径

摘　　要：在以就业为导向的高职院校,学生的专业思想是否稳定和正确,对推进高职院校能否完成培养高端的技能型人才目标具有重要意义。阐述了高职院校专业思想教育的内涵及作用,分析了教育过程中的不足之处,结合实际,提出了要创新开展高职院校专业思想教育的新途径,推进高职教育的发展,促进高职学生的全面发展。In the higher vocational colleges guided by employment, whether students＇professional ideology is stable and correct is of great significance fulfil the goal of fostering the high - end technique - oriented talents. This paper discusses the connotation and function of professional ideological education of higher vocational colleges, analyses the defects of educational process and based on the real condi- tions, puts forward a new approach of professional ideological education of higher vocational colleges so as to promote the development of higher vocational education and the full development of higher vocational students.
