摘　　要：新生代农民工作为我国经济发展的重要力量,他们的继续教育问题是社会发展进程中不可忽视的主要问题之一。从社会学角度分析,新生代农民工继续教育问题深深植根于社会的整体环境,建立在一系列的社会驱动、坚实的社会基础之上;并且继续教育是新生代农民工成就其发展的必由之路,其存在发展有着不可估量的社会效应,但它更需要相应的制度保证来维系。New generation migrant workers as the main force of economic development in our country,the continuing education of them is one of the main problems that can not be ignored in the process of social development.From the perspective of sociological analysis,the continuing education of new generation migrant workers is deeply rooted in the overall social environment,Its generation is built on a series of social drives and solid social basis,and continuing education is the only way that achieves the success of new generation migrant workers＇ development.Its existence and development have the inestimable social effect,but it requires a corresponding system of guarantee to maintain.
