摘　　要：我国高职院校面临着生源危机、政策导向不公、负债投资等风险，这些可能导致学校破产的危机，为确保高职院校可持续发展，政府应采取相应的政策、学校应创建特色品牌吸引生源等措施应对危机。Domestic vocational colleges are facing a series of risks such as student resources crisis, unfairness of policy orientation and debt investment which may lead to the bankruptcy of the vocational colleges. To ensure the sustainable development of vocational colleges, the government should adopt homologous policies, and vocational colleges ought to establish characteristic brands to gain abundant student resources and cope with the crises.
