摘　　要：微生物学是一门实验科学,为提高学生的实验技能、培养创新能力,对微生物实验教学改革进行了探索和尝试:确立科学合理的教改目标、优化实验教学内容、建立行之有效的考核评价体系,通过这些教学改革,使学生对理论知识的掌握更加牢固,实践能力和创新精神得到进一步提升,取得了好的教学效果。Microbiology is an experimental science. In order to improve the experimental ability and innovative capability of students, it is tried to reform the methods and ways of the conventional microbiology experimental teaching mode. Establishing scientific and rational teaching reform target, optimizing the content of experiment teaching, and setting up scientific and rational system of examination and assessment are very important and necessary. Through the innovation of the experimental teaching,it is proved that mastering and understanding theory are solidified, practical and creative ability is improved, and a good learning effect is obtained.
