摘 要:体育游戏中流畅体验的产生是实现个体内在心理调适的关键,不同水平和种类的体育游戏能满足不同游戏者愉悦体验获得的需要。体育游戏活动趣味性与挑战性融为一体,游戏者之间有广泛的身心接触,会因为对游戏的积极主动嵌入而实现游戏中流畅体验的持续获得。体育游戏活动作为一种准入标准低,能在现实中广泛推广的心理调适手段,既能强身健体,还着眼于个体积极心理的建设,能有效实现个体自我心理调适的主动性和自觉性。The emergence of flow experience in sports games is the key to achieving individual's internal mental adaptation, and sports games of different levels and types will meet the needs of pleasant experiences for different players. And with the enhancement of players'participation and the extensive mental and physical contact among players, the flow experience in sports games could be gained continuously. Meanwhile, sports games are in harmony with enjoyment, challenge and low - standard access. Thus, sports games could be widely popularized as an approach of mental adjustment. In short, sports game is a common means for mental adjustment, which focuses on the construction of individual positive psychology, not only to achieve the physical fitness, but also to achieve the initiative and consciousness of individual self-mental adjustment.
