摘　　要：文章以当前高校辅导员职业能力构成要素为研究对象,在回顾文献的基础上分析了思想政治标准、工作业务能力、人格动机系统与高校辅导员职业能力体系的相关关系,并引入创新能力与组织承诺作为高校辅导员职业能力体系的两个中介变量,构建了高校辅导员职业能力体系的概念模型,对推动其职业能力培养提出了具体建议。The paper takes the elements of current college counselors＇ professional capability as the research object,makes an analysis of the correlation between ideological and political standards,operational capacity,personality and motivation system with counselors＇ professional ability system on the basis of literature review.And at the same time,innovative ability and organizational commitment are introduced as two mediating variables to a college counselors＇ professional ability system,which is significant for constructing the conceptual model of college students＇ professional ability system.Finally the author puts forward specific proposals to promote its professional training.
