摘  要:以苦豆子半乳甘露聚糖为成膜基质,添加适量的CaCl2和柠檬酸为增塑剂,以甘油为成膜助剂,添加中草药大黄与黄连成分制备可食性复合膜。同时对复合膜中添加中草药黄连与大黄提取成分和可食性复合膜的力学性能、透湿性、透光率及其颜色的影响进行研究。结果表明:中草药黄连与大黄成分的添加,可使豆子半乳甘露聚糖可食性膜的机械性能增加显著,使复合膜的抗拉强度升高,断裂伸长率下降,透湿性、透明度、膜的明度值逐渐下降。因此,可以应用到食品和果蔬的保鲜与长途运输包装方面,具有潜在的应用前景。Edible composite films were prepared with by Sophora alopecuroides bean Polysaccharidecast- ing film, and some plasticizer glycerine and Chinese herbal medicine Coptis ehinensis Franch. and Rheum pal- matum L. was added to improve the film flexibility CaC12 and citric acid, The influence of the ratio of Coptis chinensis Franch. and Rheum palmatum L. on the mechanical properties, water barrier properties, transparen- cy,and color of edible composite films were investigated. The results indicated that the tensile strength(TS) of films increased with Chinese herbal medicine Coptis chinensis Franch. and Rheum palmatum L. component, while the elongation at break (E) , the water vapor permeability, the transparency was decreased. The films be- came darker and little green color as evidenced by the luminosity decrease with added to Chinese herbal medi- cine Coptis chinensis Franch. and Rheum palmatum L. component. As a conclusion, the Chitosan and Chinese herbal medicine component were prepared edible composite films will have potential application prospects in delaying the postharvest senescence and long-distance transportation during storage and the shelf life was extended.
