摘 要:目的了解广东省高年级中医学生及临床中医师对继续学习中医经典重要性的认识及学习情况,寻求中医经典继续教育的发展方向。方法以800名中医学生及180名中医师为样本,利用spss15.0统计分析。结果 97.7%的学生和94.7%的中医师认同继续学习中医经典的作用;仅4.2%的学生和4%的中医师认为继续学习中医经典的气氛很好;不同学院中医经典继续教学质量存在差异(P<0.05);64%的学生和54.2%中医师认为中医经典缺乏教育平台。结论中医经典继续教育重要性的认可程度高,但中医教育系统目前存在与临床脱轨及缺乏平台等问题,需要完善教育体系并建立更多更可行的学习平台,促进中医经典继续教育。Objective to understand the knowing and learning situation of the importance to continue to study traditional Chinese medicine's classics among senior Chinese medicine students and clinical Chinese medicine students; to seek the development direction of continuing learning traditional Chinese medicine. Methods to take senior Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine students that major in clinical and some doctors in different hospitals of Guangdong province as sample; to use the principle of randomization and stratified sampling; to respectively gave out 800 and 180 questionnaires to investigate; to use the spss15.0 statistical analysis software for final analysis. Findings: Among 696 and 153 valid questionnaire, 92.4% of the students and 94.7% of the doctors in favor of the view that "since ancient times many classical works has been originated form Chinese Medicine".Results 97.7% of the students and 94.7% of doctors agreed with learning traditional Chinese medicine's classical works is helpful to clinical practice. However, only 4.2% of the students and 4% of doctors think that the learning atmosphere for continuing study of classics is good; and only 7.5% of the students think that the teaching quality of Chinese classics is good (P0.05);69% of the students think the biggest problems for learning classics lies in lacking of a good learning platform. Conclusion the approval degree for senior students and clinical doctors of the importance to continue study traditional Chinese medicine classics is high. However, because of at present there is a derailment between traditional Chinese teaching and its clinical practice, moreover there lacks of good study platform, it is hard for students and doctors to continue study traditional Chinese medicine classics. The senior Chinese medicine students and clinical doctors all hope to build more feasible learning platform to promote continuing learning for Chinese classics.
