摘 要:基于变形分配理论、数值模拟和现场监测,研究了厦门翔安海底隧道两端陆域和浅滩地段大断面软弱地层浅埋暗挖CRD法施工变形机理,得到合理开挖顺序和变形分配控制标准,提出控制导坑封闭时间、导坑间距以及台阶长度等有效的变形控制措施,成功把施工变形控制在目标范围,避免发生超限变形和坍塌,大大提高施工进度,并确保了施工安全。研究成果和工程应用经验对后续类似工程有一定借鉴意义。The total deformation of large cross-section tunnel is accumulated by stepped excavation,which is difficult to directly control. It must study the contribution of stepped excavation to the total deformation,so as to determine the control values of deformation of stepped excavation.Based on the deformation distribution control theory,numerical simulation and in-situ monitoring,the deformation mechanism of weak strata tunneling is researched in both ends of the landside section and shallows lot of Xiang'an Subsea Tunnel constructed with CRD method.Both the optimal excavation sequences(CRDl-3-2-4) and the deformation distribution control standard were formulated.The deformation control measures such as the closure time of the heading and the length of bench were given.Thus forming the shallow excavation CRD construction method in very weak strata of the subsea tunnel.Abnormal deformation was controlled effectively,and the tunnel deformation control target was achieved.Research is beneficial to the theory and practice,it has certain reference significance for the future similar engineering construction.
