摘 要:企业文化是企业获得发展壮大的灵魂。任何一个企业不论大小,如果想获得长远的良性发展,都应培育适合自身特色的企业文化。但不可忽视的是,由于中小企业在发展过程中难免受到各种条件的局限,往往对此难以重视或无暇顾及。从分析我国中小企业文化建设现状和特点入手,阐述我国中小企业如何在发展过程中培育自身的文化竞争力,从而在日益激烈的竞争中取得生存和发展的优势。Enterprise culture is the soul of a corporation' s development, whether it is big or small. Any enterprise eager to obtain a long-term development should cultivate its own corporate cultural characteristics. However, what cannot be ignored is that because of various constraints encountered by the small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of development, the corporate culture is often hardly attached to any importance or taken any account of. This paper, by analyzing the present situation of the cultural construction and the characteristics of the small and medium-sized enterprises, elaborates that in the process of development, our country' s small and medium-sized enterprises should recognize and cultivate their own cultural competences and obtain the survival and the development advantage in the increasingly fierce market comnetition.
