摘　　要：做好新生党员接续教育工作是高校学生党建工作的重要内容。本文简要分析了当前高校新生党员中出现的问题及成因,并提出了把牢新生党员准入关、加强党员教育、完善组织建设等应对措施,旨在为建立新生党员培养教育长效机制提供一定参考和依据。Freshmen party members continuation education is an important part of the College Students＇ Party building work.The paper analyzes the problems and causes of the current college freshmen party members,and the relevant transfer of prison newborn party members to strengthen the education of Party members and improve organizational building response measures,aimed to provide a reference for the establishment of new party members to training and education for long-term mechanism and basis.
