摘　　要：教师评价是促进教师素质和专业水平发展的重要举措。本文对独立学院教师评价的现状进行了概述,对目前教师评价机制存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出比较适合于独立学院教师绩效管理的考核评价方法的改进对策。The teacher evaluation is the important action to improve teachers＇ quality and professional level development.This paper summarized the present situation of teacher evaluation,and analyzed the existing problems of teacher evaluation mechanism in independent college,and based on this,this paper puts forward improvement countermeasures of evaluation method in teacher performance management for independent college.
