摘　　要：本文通过文献的收集与综述,界定了大学生非正式群体的概念,再对其特点及其产生的原因进行分析说明,最后提出部分对大学生非正式群体进行正确引导管理的建议,旨在对大学生非正式群体做一个相对全面的介绍,并为其管理提供一些依据。The paper is begin with the literature collection and review,in order to confirm the concept of the informal groups of college students,then I will give a analytical description about its characteristics and its causes,finally put forward some suggestions on how to correctly guide it.Aiming to do a relatively comprehensive introduction at informal groups of college students,and provides some pursuant for management of it.
