摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》明确了“把提高质量作为教育改革发展的核心任务”，学院当前提高教学质量的关键是深化内涵建设。有重点、分步骤地加强“特色专业、精品课程、双师型队伍、教学资源、实践教学”的教学基本建设，是高等职业院校深化内涵建设，提高教育教学质量的基础工程。＂National long-term education reform and development program （2010-2020）＂ clear ＂to improve the quality as a core mission of education reform and development＂, colleges the amount key to improve the quality of teaching is to deepen the connotation construction. Focused, step-by-step to strengthen teaching basic construction ＂characteristics of professional, quality courses, two qualified teams, teaching resources, practice teaching＂ is the foundation engineering for vocational in- stitutions to deepen the connotation construction and improve the quality of education and teaching.
