工学结合培养应用型临床医学人才

摘　　要：工学结合是使用学校、医院两种不同类型的教育资源和环境，在重点训练医学生实践技能、就业能力，提升竞争力的基础上，培养卫生行业所需要的高技能应用型人才。工学结合在高专临床医学专业就是以乡镇卫生院和城市社区卫生服务中心基层岗位就业为导向，以能力培养为核心，培养出适应基层所需高素质应用型临床医学人才。Work-integrated learning use the two different types of educational resources and the environment in schools and hospitals, focus on training medical students practice skills and employment capacity, on the basis of enhance their competi- tiveness, train highly skilled application-oriented talents that the health industry need. Work-integrated learning with the high vocational clinical medicine take the rural hospitals and urban community health service centers grassroots post employment as orientation, with ability training as the core, to train high-quality application clinical medical talents adapt to the grass- roots level required.
