学生公寓文化建设中学生主体性的发挥——以河北师范大学学生公寓社团活动为例

摘　　要：良好的学生公寓文化对大学生起着潜移默化的感染、规范及引导作用,加强大学生公寓文化建设,必须充分发挥大学生的主体作用。社团活动进公寓,有利于发挥学生在公寓文化建设中的主动性、创造性、积极性,是学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的有效途径,研究学生公寓社团活动开展的情况,发现优势,弥补不足,更有利于大学生在公寓文化建设中主体性的发挥。A healthy student apartment cultural environment exerts a subtly infective, normative and guiding influence on college students. They are encouraged to play their key roles in order to better the apartment cultural atmosphere.The adoption of society activities into the apartment is beneficial to cultivate the initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm of the students in apartment culture construction. It is an effective approach for the students to achieve self-education, self-management and self-service. Researching into the launch of community activities in students＇ apartment, finding out the advantages, and making up the deficiency are more conducive for college students to play their key roles in apartment culture construction.
