中美全科医师培养方式的对比分析

摘　　要：本文对中美两国全科医师培养方式中的教育基本机构、教学组织方式、课程结构设计、办学层次和人才培养目标等方面进行比较。针对我国国情,探讨了我国全科医学专业的人才培养模式、课程体系、队伍建设等方面的问题并提出了建议。By comparing the structure of general practice education,training organization system,curriculum structure,school running level and aim of training talent between China and America,the paper according to the situation of China discusses the issues on model of training talent,curriculum structure,curriculum system,and construction of teaching staff in general practice education,and some suggestions are also given.
