摘　　要：大学工程类专业教师不仅应具有较强的课堂教学能力,而且必须具备指导学生实验、实训的技术指导能力。这是保证大学工程类专业人才培养质量的重要条件。因此,大学工程类专业教学团队的建设必须重视教师的工程素质和工程实践能力的培养,建设"双师"型专业教学团队。Teachers in college engineering majors should have not only strong ability of classroom teaching but also the technical guidance capability of experiment and training teaching. It is an important condition to guarantee the personnel training quality for college engineering majors. Therefore, we must pay more attention to the training of teacher＇s engineering quality and practical ability to construct a professional teaching team with double qualified teachers.
