摘  要:师德是中国古代思想家普遍关注的问题。在他们看来:师者,治世之本,万世之表,应志于师道、以师为荣;师者,正己而正人,须身正为范、淳风化俗;师者,传道、授业、解惑,必勤勉治学、熟读精思;师者,知难而进,知困而学,则教学相长、不耻下问;师者,上善若水,坦荡无私,能慈爱弟子、兼容并蓄;师者,察识贤愚,不愤不启,不悱不发,主张因材施教、学以自得。探赜古人师德思想,古为今用,可为当代教师师德的培育提供思想资源和人格榜样。Much attention was paid to teacher's professional ethics by ancient Chinese thinkers. It is viewed that a teacher should take teaching as his lifework, and thus being the foundations for the peace and prosperity of the society. He should conduct exemplary and study conscientiously to remove doubts, do not hesitate to ask and learn from other people, love his students ardently and teach them depending on their individual characteristics. The introduction of teacher's professional ethics of ancient Chinese thinkers would provide resources of thoughts and models of personality for the accomplishment of the teachers at the present age.
