广东省现代远程教育学习中心发展现状、问题与对策——基于2010年网上年报年检数据的分析

摘　　要：校外学习中心是整个远程教育生态发展链的重要节点,加强其管理对于保证远程教育健康发展具有重要作用。对学习中心2010年度年检数据进行统计分析,结果显示广东省学习中心建设成绩显著,为广东高等教育发展做出了重要贡献,但其同时存在办学不规范、学习支持服务不到位等问题,需制定学习中心建设标准,协同各方力量加强管理,加大培训力度以提高专业化水平,并发挥技术手段优势予以及时警示。Off-campus learning center is an important juncture of ecological chain in distance education. The analysis of 2010 online annual report shows that the learning centre makes an important contribution to the development of higher education in Guangdong; however, there is much room for improvement in terms of normalization, learning support services. The paper maintains that it is an urgent need to develop construction standards and improve its management.
