摘　　要：精品课程的建设与运用是当前高校全面提升教育教学质量和人才培养质量的重要举措。文章主要阐述了精品课程建设的进程与现状、问题及未来走向,同时,也对精品资源共享课的内涵及其与精品课程的异同等,进行了简略分析。The construction and application of Fine - course is one important measure for universities and colleges to upgrade the quality of education teaching and talent cultivation, and the construction of Fine - course resource sharing class is the new trend for future course construction. This essay mainly deals with the present situation, problem and developing trend of Fine - course construction. Meanwhile, it gives the brief analysis of the connotation of Fine - course resource sharing class, and of the differences and similarities between Fine -course resource sharing class and Fine -course.
