摘　　要：通过对相关文献的梳理和总结发现,我国教师文化的研究内容主要集中在教师文化的概念、价值、特征、类型、问题及影响因素、变革等几个方面。在此基础上对教师文化研究中存在的问题进行了分析,并对未来教师文化研究进行了展望。The research of teacher culture mainly focuses on the conception,value,characters,types,problems and influence factors,development by studying the relating documents.The problems in teacher culture research are analyzed and the future for this study is prospected.
