摘 要:为克服传统航海雷达目标检测方法在能见度低或海杂波严重时搜索效率不佳的缺点,结合已知目标的自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)信息,提出一种利用最大似然估计(Maximum Likelihood Estimate,MLE)方法确定海杂波中搜索目标阈值的算法,将其应用到海上搜救目标检测中.该算法首先把已知目标的AIS信息作为样本集,然后用MLE方法估计海杂波中搜索目标的阈值,最后在PC机上用QT和MATLAB进行编程.实验结果表明,此算法能够提高雷达搜索目标的准确性和海上救援效率.In order to overcome the shortcoming of poor searching efficiency of the traditional marine radar target detection method in low visibility or serious sea clutter conditions, an algorithm, which is com- bined with the Automatic Identification System (AIS) information of known objectives, is proposed to de- termine the searching target threshold in sea clutter by the Maximum Likelihood Estimate (MLE) method, and it is applied to the target detection in maritime search and rescue. The AIS information of known tar- get is taken as the sample set firstly in this algorithm. Then the threshold of the search target in sea clut- ter is estimated by the MLE method. Finally, the algorithm is programmed with QT and MATLAB on PC. The experimental results show that this algorithm can improve the target searching accuracy of radar and the efficiency of maritime search and rescue.
