摘　　要：随着我国饮酒者数量的增加,社会公共卫生问题也逐渐出现,因此解酒产品的研制引起了科学工作者的重视,大量解酒产品相继问世。本文对解酒产品的研究进展做了系统的归纳总结,希望能为进一步的研究提供参考。Along with the increase of alcohol users in China,social public hygiene problems have emerged,to which the attention have been paid and more anti-inebriation products have been prepared.This article reviewed the alcohol metabolic process and focused on the progress in studies of anti-inebriation products to provide references for further studies.
