摘　　要：目的探讨上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cad、β-cat)和C-erbB-2在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其相互之间的关系。方法免疫组化SP法检测了41例非小细胞肺癌标本中E-cad、β-cat、C-erbB-2的表达情况。结果 E-cad及β-cat在NSCLC中低表达,并与临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2在NSCLC中高表达,且在淋巴结转移组及未转移组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。NSCLC中E-cad与β-cat的表达呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.01),E-cad与C-erbB-2之间为负相关(r=-0.60,P<0.01),β-cat与C-erbB-2之间的表达亦呈显著性负相关(r=-0.36,P<0.05)。结论 E-cad、β-cat及C-erbB-2在NSCLC的淋巴结转移中起到重要的作用。Objective To investigate the epithelial cadherin（E-cadherin,E-cad） or β-catenin（β-cat） and C-erbB-2 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） expression and their mutual relationship.Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method to detect 41 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and from the 15 cases of cancer 5 cm normal lung tissue samples in E-cad,β-cat,C-erbB-2 expression.Results E-cad and β-cat in NSCLC significantly lower expression,both of the clinical stages with NSCLC,pathology classification and lymph node metastasis has a significant relationship（P0.05）.2.the C-erbB-2 in NSCLC is a significant high expression,and in the lymph node metastasis group and not transfer between group there was a significant difference（P0.01）.3.E-cad and β-cat a positive correlation between the expression（χ2 = 8.67,P0.01,correlation coefficient r=0.36）,E-cad and C-erbB-2 for negative correlation between（χ2 = 14.86、 P0.01,correlation coefficient r =-0.60）,β-cat and C-erbB-2 of expression between also shows significant negative correlation（χ2 = 5.33,P0.05,correlation coefficient r =-0.36）.Conclusion E-cad,β-cat and C-erbB-2 of the lymph node metastasis in NSCLC play an important role in NSCLC.
