摘 要:农村义务教育教师质量是缩小城乡义务教育差距,建立城乡教育一体化发展机制必须面对的现实课题。推动城乡教育一体化必须正确认识目前农村义务教育教师质量方面的专业资本困境、教学有效性困境、发展动力自限困境等问题,通过强化省域农村偏向的教师征聘培养模式,选择包容性教师配置,为农村教师提供关键职业支助,实施多元主体监控农村教师质量等策略,探索农村教师质量提升路径,有效促进义务教育均衡发展。The rural teacher quality in the compulsory education is a reality topic that we must face during narrowing the gap between urban and rural compulsory education, and establishing the development mechanism of the integration of urban and rural education. To promote the integration of urban and rural education, we must correctly recognize the dilemma of professional capital, teaching effectiveness, development power self-limiting in the rural teacher quality in the compulsory education currently. By these strategies that to strengthen the teachers recruitment training model of provincial rural areas tend, select the inclusive teacher configuration, provide critical professional support for rural teachers, monitor the quality of rural teachers by multiple subjects to breakthrough the dilemma of the rural teachers" quality, to explore the upgrade path of rural teachers quality, and effectively promote the balanced development of compulsory.
