脑血栓患者活化蛋白C抵抗及Fg、AT-和PC的变化

摘　　要：本文对脑血栓患者 6 0例和健康人 30名研究其血中活化蛋白 C抵抗 (APCR)、纤维蛋白原 (Fg)、抗凝血酶 (AT- )和蛋白 C(PC)的变化。结果表明 ,患者 Fg含量、AT- 活性和 PC活性均高于对照组。而其 APCR发生率为 8.3%也高于对照组 ,表明脑血栓患者可能存在Thirty healthy controls and sixty cerebral thrombosis patients were studied on the change of activated protein C resistance (APCR), fibrinogen, antithrombin [HT5”,5SS]Ⅲ and protein C. The results showed the level of Fg, and activities of AT[HT5”,5SS]Ⅲ and PC in patients were higher than in healthy controls. The incidence of APCR in patients was 8 3%. There might exist APCR in some patients with cerebral thrombosis.
