摘  要:在对职业经理人进行界定的基础上,从品德、职业资质、能力、心理和个性等方面总结和归纳出企业选择职业经理人的基本条件和评价要素;并在问卷调查的基础上进行实证检验,根据其重要度排序,为民营企业职业经理人提高自身求职竞争力及民营企业增加选择成功率提供参考建议。On the basis of the classification of the occupation managers and from the perspective of the different stage, size, and position of the development of private enterprises, and the angle of entrepreneurs, the author of this paper analyzes the particularity of choosing occupation managers; and from the aspects of moral character, occupa- tion qualification, ability, psychological and personality, the author summarizes basic conditions and elements of evaluation when private enterprises choose occupation managers. An empirical test is carried out based on the ques- tionnaire survey and according to the importance, some reference suggestions are provided so that occupation man- agers can improve their employment competitiveness and the private enterprises increase the successful rate.
