摘 要:为研究路面不平度、汽车行驶速度对动态称重结果的关系,对随机路面与汽车动载荷进行了理论分析与计算机仿真。以具有2个自由与动度的1/4汽车模型作为研究对象,建立了路面不平度与汽车动载荷的数学模型;并根据ISO SC2/WG4道路不平度的五级分类标准,生成随机路面的不平度序列。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真得到汽车以不同速度通过不同等级的路面时产生的动载荷。由仿真结果对比分析可知,当汽车通过秤台时的速度、路面的等级不同时,将会产生不同程度的汽车振动载荷,从而影响动态汽车衡称重的精度,这为进一步提高汽车动态称重的精度研究提供了理论依据。In order to study the effect of road roughness and car speed on dynamic weighing results,the random road and the car dynamic load were theoretically analyzed,and computer simulation was carried out.We selected a two-DOF(degree of freedom) quarter-car model as the research object,and established a mathematical model of road roughness and car dynamic load.Random road roughness sequence was generated on the basis of the ISO SC2/WG4 five-level classification standards of road roughness.Through Matlab/Simulink simulation,dynamic load to different speeds by different grades of road was obtained.Comparing model simulation results,we can see that different speeds and road roughness lead to different dynamic loads,and affect the accuracy of dynamic truck scale weighing.Our findings provide a theoretical basis for further improving the accuracy of dynamic truck scale weighing.
