摘 要:目的:评估护理专业学生对学习环境的满意度,为改善护理教育环境提供依据。方法:采用医学教育环境测量工具对护理专业343名本科生进行护理专业教育环境调查。结果:护理专业学生对教育环境评价总分为(132.16±18.06)分,对总体教育环境比较满意。结论:其护理教育环境处于较好层面,在教育教学中只有发挥教育环境中教师知识丰富、师生关系良好、教学制度完善等的优势作用,克服不利因素,才能营造一个优良的护理专业教育环境。Objective: To evaluate the nursing students' satisfaction level with learning environment, and then provide basis for improving nursing education environment. Methods: The Chinese version of Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) was used to investigate 343 students' satisfaction with nursing education environment. Results: The general score of DREEM was 132.16±18.06. Nursing students were satisfied with the overall education environment. Conclusion: Our nursing education environment was at a good level. We should promote our advantages in teaching, such as knowledgeable teacher team, good relationship between teachers and students, standard teaching system, etc, and overcome obstacles to build a better nursing education environment.
