摘 要:目的探讨军校低年级护生自我导向学习能力及影响因素,为护理教育教学改革提供参考依据。方法采用个人背景资料问卷和自我导向学习能力量表对某军校一、二年级297名护生进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果护生自我导向学习能力总分为(167.37±17.97)分。学历、阅读时间是自我导向学习能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论提升护生的自我导向学习能力,护理教师应根据不同层次护生制订有针对性的学习策略,为护生提供充足的自主学习时间。Objective To explore the self - directed learning ability and its influencing factors of lower grade nursing students in a military university, so as to provide references for reform of nursing teaching. Methods The personal background material questionnaire and Self - Directed Learning Readiness Scale were employed to investigate 297 nursing students from grade 1 and grade 2 in a military university, then related factors were analyzed. Results The total mean score of self - directed learning ability was ( 167.37 + 17.97 ). The main influencing factors of self - directed learning ability were time of reading and the educa- tional levels ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion To improve self - directed learning ability of nursing students, nursing teachers should take targeted study strategies ac- cording to different educational levels and ensure adequate autonomous learning time for nursing students.
