摘  要:"全球公民"教育旨在培养具有国际视野和全球意识的世界公民。当前,世界各国逐渐确立了以"公平与正义"、"生存与发展"、"民主与理性"为核心的"全球公民"教育价值诉求,实施"全球公民"教育的立体化教育网络也正在一些国家和地区悄然形成。"Global civil" education was proposed in the late 20th century, it's an important symbol of civil education revival within the globe. "Global civil" education was designed to cultivate the world citizens who have an international perspective and global awareness. In the process of adapting to globalization and continuing to explore and build the "global civil" education content, different countries in the world have established "fairness and justice", "survival and development", "democracy and rational" as the core value proposition of the civic education. Accompanied by deepening understanding of "global civil" education, three-dimensional network is emerging for implementing "global civil" education in some countries and regions.
