摘 要:由于农村教师的专业素质存在较大的提升空间,因此其专业成长曾一度成为社会关注的焦点。然而农村教师个体的专业成长动力和取向并未完全被社会所了解和熟知。基于对五名农村教师的实地研究表明,影响农村教师专业成长的路径选择因素包括内在心理因素、社会因素以及隐性因素。日常经验的积累和多维因素的共同作用,影响着农村教师专业成长路径的选择。There is a lot of space for improving rural teachers' professional quality,so their professional development has once been the focus of social attention.However,the motive force and orientation of rural individual teachers' professional development haven't been fully understood by the society.Based on the field research on five rural primary teachers,we realize that there are three kinds of factors influencing the professional development of rural teachers,including psychological factors,social factors and recessive factors.Daily experience and those factors combined exert an influence on rural teachers' selection of professional development routes.
