摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来 ,现代企业需要对经营管理方式的变化、环境问题的解决、知识资源的科学管理和利用以及文化冲突的选择等许多新课题作出回答 ,在此基础上形成尊重知识、重视人才等符合知识经济发展要求的现代企业价值观。With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, modern enterprises will have to meet many new topic such as change in the modern management modes, the solution in enviornmental protection, the scientific management and exploitation of knowledge resources and the choices between cultural conflicts. On this basis, it is to be formed the modern enterprise value of such as paying more attention to knowledge and respecting the talented personnel, which is essential to the development of knowledge-based economy.
