摘　　要：经济体制改革、制度供给不足、职业教育体系不完善等原因使我国高职教育人才培养模式变迁难以实现。高职教育人才培养模式变迁必须依赖良好的制度环境,主要通过扩大高职教育办学自主权、完善职业教育法律法规和职业教育体系实现。Due to the reform of the economic system, the lack of institutional supply and the imperfect system of vocational education, the vicissitude of higher vocational education training mode can be difficult to achieve. The vicissitude of training mode of higher vocational education must rely on a good institutional environment, mainly through enlarging independent authority for running schools, improving the laws and the system of higher vocational education.
