构建应用型专业本科生前期“三位一体”培养模式的设想

摘　　要：造成我国人才市场一边是就业难一边是企业招不到合适可用的员工这一矛盾的重要原因之一,就是当今大学生普遍缺乏扎实有效的实习和毕业设计,毕业生与现实生产实践严重脱节。为此,大学本科应用型专业的前期教学有必要构建以现实人才需求为导向的就业、实习和毕业设计三位一体的培养模式。这种模式既可为企业招聘到适用的人才提供有利条件,也能为大学生顺利就业打开广阔通道。In recent years,there exists an obvious contradiction between the college students＇ employment difficulty and the talent demand in the talent market.One reason for this obvious contradiction is the lack of good graduation practice and graduation design,which means lack of the trinity of graduation practice,graduation design and working experience.So,the specialty training mode for the trinity of graduation practice,graduation design and working experience is certainly of its’ practical significance in the students’ employment difficulty settlement.This model can not only provide favorable conditions for enterprises to recruit the required talents,but also open a broad channel for college students to be employed successfully.
