高校保健体育课教学中康复手段的探讨

摘　　要：保健体育课学生由于体弱、较严重的慢性疾病、急性疾病初愈、伤残、运动器官功能障碍等原因,有医院证明确实不能参加正常的体育活动。在教学中根据学生的具体情况采取不同的康复手段,改善他们的生理功能促进其康复。The research objects are the university students who are certified by the hospital that could not participate in normal physical exercises due to the reasons of frail, more serious chronic illness, acute illness recovering, disability, movement organ dysfunction and etc. The purpose of this research is to find out the specific rehabilitation solutions to improve physiological funtions according to students＇ various circumstances in the process of teaching.
