摘 要:办学模式是学校根据自身发展状况,结合经济社会发展需求,为达到特定的办学目标,经过不断的教育实践后,逐渐形成的使学校教育资源达到合理配置的一种结构体系,主要解决"办什么"、"谁来办"、"怎么办"的问题。应用型本科高校需要通过准确的学校发展目标定位、人才培养规格定位和服务面向定位以落实办学目标;通过积极引入一切可利用的资本以形成多元办学主体;通过合作化的办学方式、多样化的办学形式、民主化的决策机制和分权化的管理体制以优化办学机制,回答好"办什么"、"谁来办"、"怎么办"的问题,逐步探索和选择适宜自身发展的办学模式。The mode of running schools is a structural system that gradually formed in line with their own devel- opment and combining the need of economic and social development, the university wants to achieve its specific objectives by constant practice and making the reasonable configuration of university education resources. The mode of running schools mainly solve the problem of "why", "who will do", "what to do". The applied-type un- dergraduate colleges need to clear the goal of running a school through accurate college development goal, locate the talent specifications and service orientation; implement the multiple body of running a school by actively in- troducing all available capital; optimize the mechanism of running a school, answer the "what to do","who will do","How to do" and progressively explore and choose their own development mode through the cooperative mode of school-running, diverse forms of school-running, the democratization mechanism of decision-making and the decentralization management system.
