国家文化战略安全视域下的大学外语教育

摘　　要：全球化、网络化、地球"村落化"等世界形势发展的新变化,使国家文化安全显得格外重要。高校在外语人才培养过程中,一方面要加强学生一流的外语语言能力培养,另一方面要从国家文化战略安全视域下开展大学外语教育,培养大学生树立正确的国家文化安全观,使外语学习过程也成为国家文化安全屏障的形成过程。Starting from the present situation,connotation and language game of our national culture security at the age of globalization,some proposals for language education in future are posed as following after reflection.In the process of cultivating foreign language talents,students＇ excellent language ability should be strengthened on one hand.On the other hand,we should help the university students to establish the sense of national culture security in learning a foreign language,and then make the learning process become the formation process of national culture security barrier.
