摘　　要：文章以分层随机抽样法选择浙江省40所不同级别医疗机构与207名毕业生对高职高专卫生信息管理专业人才培养目标和定位进行无记名问卷调查,结果发现,基层医疗机构以复合型综合管理应用性人才需求为主,90.3%的毕业生希望进一步完善实训实践条件,卫生信息管理人员应具备计算机网络及相关硬件维护、办公软件维护和高级应用、医院信息系统管理和维护、档案管理等工作能力。结果提示,应以就业为导向,对接岗位技能要求,适时动态调整卫生信息管理技术人才培养目标。By stratified random sampling,medical staffs from 40 different medical institutions in Zhejiang and 207 graduates were enrolled in an anonymous questionnaire investigation.The results showed that primary medical organizations tend to be in need of comprehensive,applicative talents.90.3% of graduates hoped to improve their training environment.Health information management personnel should have major abilities to work of computer hardware and network maintenance,office software maintenance and advanced application,hospital information system management and maintenance.It is recommended that we should dynamically adjust the goal of talent cultivation of health information management by career-oriented and post capacity requirements.
