摘  要:目的:探索持续质量改进(Continuous Quality Improvement,CQI)在建立统一护理教学模式中的实施效果。方法:通过2010年9月至2011年6月在浙江省肿瘤医院妇瘤科实习的24名护生的信息反馈,运用CQI的管理方法,评估存在问题,分析教学原因,制定改进措施,完善教学质量管理体系,建立统一护理教学模式。结果:临床教学质量管理逐年提升,护生对带教老师的评价、护生的出科成绩、教学质量考核等方面逐年提高。结论:持续质量改进应用于临床教学,统一了教学模式,提升了临床护理教学中"教"的质量和"学"的效果。Objective To explore the significance of continuous quality improvement(CQI) in establishing a uniform nursing teaching mode.Method Feedback of 24 intern nurses,working in the Department of Tumor,Zhejiang Provincial Tumor Hospital from September 2010 to June 2011,was collected and existing problems and reasons were evaluated by CQI management method to improve teaching quality management system and establish a uniform nursing teaching mode.Results The quality management of clinical teaching improved year by year.Evaluation of the teachers by the nurses,nurses' performance and assessment of teaching quality improved year by year.Conclusions Continuous quality improvement used in clinical teaching unifies the teaching mode,and promotes the quality of teaching and the effect of learning.
